Also, if you have an iphone 8, X, or XR, there is an issue with the hardware of the phone with the wifi chipset. If you have one of those phones, it is suggested to use wired connection. For the “initializing” screen, press and hold the volume control knob for approximately 30 seconds.

06 Audi a6 no power to the radio controls, doesn't light up. mmi boots up and then goes black. Things tried so far: replaced the amplifier from another working vehicle did not help still no power to the radio.
